1. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

No. All sales are final. vaultedKicks does not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


2. What happens if my package is lost, delayed, or damaged?

Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, vaultedKicks is no longer responsible for the package. Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.


3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier.


4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

No. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed in any way. Please double-check your size, address, and payment info before confirming your order.


6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or additional fees imposed by their country.
